Catechist Training

The next training for catechists will be Monday evening July 12th at 6:30 p.m. in St. Francis Center. This training is open also to anyone in our Parish Community who would like to study, pray, and share faith on the teaching of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. For more information, please call Barbara in the Religious Education Office at 847-2652 

Confirmation  Year  I

All candidates are required to attend Mass  and continue to  submit their weekly Mass Attendance Slips during the summer months. Mass attendance or lack thereof will be part of the interview process for each candidate in the fall.  NOT submitting these slips could result in the delay of the celebration of Confirmation.

Confirmation Registration

Registration Forms are now available in the Parish Office for Confirmation Registration for BOTH Year I and Year II.  Year II Candidates MUST register again in order to begin the Year II process. DO NOT wait until late summer to register your child for Confirmation Registration.  Register TODAY!!!!

Religious  Education

Registration Forms for the 2010 - 2011 Catechetical Year are available in the Catechetical Ministry Office and the Parish Office.  Please be sure to register your children early so that you can be assured of their placement for the fall. Classes for Religious Education will be held on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and then again on Mondays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Jr. High Sessions for 7th and 8th graders will be held on the first two Thursdays of every month.

If your child is in need of celebrating the Sacraments the preparation period for Sacraments is two years. Please call the Religious Education Office  at 847-2652 if you have questions.
